How does the Lumus Investment Collective invest?
We are a community of investors (not a faceless syndicate) that invests in predominantly CEE-related startups on a deal-by-deal basis. For each deal, we form a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that enables the group of investors to invest as a single legal entity with a clear investment thesis, as well as defined rights and obligations.
Does Lumus invest only in female founders?
No, we are a community of female-only angel investors dedicated to investing in diverse founding teams.
How do I learn about investment opporunities?
When you join our community, you will receive investment proposals on a deal-by-deal basis. An investment proposal is a document written by Lumus that analyzes the investment opportunity and includes due diligence.
